These terms govern the booking and delivery of surf lessons by Ika Ika Surf School.
Booking and deposit
Booking requires a 30% deposit via Stripe. The remaining 70% is paid in cash at the meeting point before the lesson.
Cancellation
More than 48h notice: full deposit refund. Less than 48h or no-show: deposit not refundable.
Weather
If we cancel due to unsafe sea conditions, we offer a reschedule or full refund at no cost.
Minimum age
7 years. Minors must always be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Health & safety
You must disclose any relevant medical condition (cardiac, joint, pregnancy) to the instructor before the lesson.
Equipment
Board, wetsuit and booties provided by the school. Responsible use is expected; damage from misuse is charged to the student.
Image
We may take photos/video during the lesson for documentation and promotional use. You can object in writing at any time.
Governing law
Spanish law. Jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
