Data we process
Name, phone number (WhatsApp), optional email, language, booking data (course, date, time), and proof of deposit paid (handled by Stripe).
Purpose
To manage your booking, send class reminders, answer questions. We do not send marketing without explicit consent.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (booking) and consent (WhatsApp and email channels where applicable).
Third parties
Twilio (WhatsApp delivery), Stripe (deposit payment processing), Google (assigned instructor’s Calendar). We do not sell data.
Retention
Booking data is retained 5 years for accounting reasons. WhatsApp conversations are retained 24 months.
Your rights
You can exercise access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info.ikaikasurfschool@gmail.com.
